Flash Animation - Human like Motion

Challenge :

This is a flash animation that will be placed on www.disabledupliftingunabled.com to replace the header graphic. The runtime of the flash should be around 10 seconds. The attached storyboard should explain to you what I need. The only thing to add to the storyboard is in frame 4 both men will have their arms up. And on the last frame the text will say: "Do not let your disabilities disable you, but instead let God enable the gifts he has given us." I would like you to take some creative freedom on how the text is displayed or brought into the frame. I would really like to see a past project that has similar human motion.
